Rabou Farms, Inc., along with 5 other businesses in the state, was featured as a 'Wyoming Champion' in agriculture at the state's first Agriculture Diversification Summit.

Ron Rabou, along with Deb Palm Egle and her son Josh, helped to change ag policy in Wyoming during the 2017 legislative session by creating legislation that passed both houses and later went into law. The legislation allows farmers the opportunity to produce hemp under the supervision of the Wyoming Department of Agriculture. Provisions in the 2014 Federal Farm Bill grant each state the authority to pass legislation to grow hemp for research. Wyoming was the 32nd state in the Union to pass such legislation.
