Rabou Farms is a 5th generation family farm located in southeastern Wyoming owned by Ron & Julie Rabou. A strong, long lasting relationship with our buyers is very important to our operation and our family. Organic wheat is our primary crop and we are proud to produce it using clean, high quality standards. Our wheat has excellent baking and milling qualities and because of our elevation and climate, our wheat also typically produces high fallings number scores. Depending on conditions, our wheat usually ranges from 8%-10% protein so it’s an outstanding choice for tender baking goods such as pie crusts, cakes, cookies, biscuits and pastries, as well as cereal and Asian-style noodles. It also makes an exceptional blend with higher protein wheat to help meet the standards for a variety of all-purpose flours.
We also grow spring crops, including green lentils, proso millet, chick peas and ancient grains. In addition, we currently offer Certified Transitional wheat.
